Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movements
- Process receiving and shipping documentation with zero-error accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control methods
- Conduct physical audits quarterly and annually
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic Excel proficiency for data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
