Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile inventory systems using WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update tracking systems
- Generate inventory reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock optimization
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage
- Train junior staff on inventory management protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
