Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using WMS software and manual counts
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate cycle count reports and audit inventory levels weekly
- Coordinate with procurement to optimize stock turnover rates
- Update product information in inventory database systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team on space utilization efficiency
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
