Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Coordinate cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation and labeling
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for leadership review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehouse or distribution environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and barcode scanners
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
