- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and dock scheduling for 50+ daily shipments
- Implement lean principles to reduce operational costs by 10-15%
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain ISO 9001 compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience managing unionized teams (Teamsters Local 150)
