Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring OSHA compliance
- Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules (all equipment provided by company)
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment handling
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
