Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Update and maintain accurate inventory databases in ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and track movement documentation
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage space utilization
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklift certification a plus)
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Washington State driver's license
