Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory audits using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare cycle count reports and variance analyses
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient space utilization
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS/RMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Experience with RF scanning devices
- Supply chain or logistics degree preferred
- Background in regulated inventory environments
