Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage receiving, shipping, and warehouse documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate RF scanners and barcode technology for real-time inventory tracking
- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during month-end audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution settings
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanning devices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
