Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory status
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Audit inventory data for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
