Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Washington state driver's license
