Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct physical inventory audits and generate reconciliation reports
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve stock issues
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO/FEFO protocols
- Utilize barcode scanners and inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Support inventory optimization projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during inventory cycles
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
