Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanners
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize warehouse efficiency
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on stock levels
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with inventory audits and reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
