Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Maintain real-time stock data in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize reorder points
- Ensure FIFO compliance and proper storage protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- RF scanner/barcode certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
