Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock records in ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Generate daily inventory reports for management review
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S warehouse standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient in barcode scanners, WMS software, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screen required
