Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Generate inventory reports and audit trails for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to prevent stock obsolescence
- Collaborate with procurement on reorder points and inventory optimization
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
