Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Update and maintain accurate inventory databases in ERP/WMS platforms
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counting
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for stock reconciliation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures
- Train staff on inventory control protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- RF scanner certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
