Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP systems for all stock movements
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels
- Inspect received shipments for quality and quantity compliance
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to minimize spoilage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
