Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders
- Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review and audits
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to minimize spoilage and obsolescence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse operations
- Train new staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning systems and RF technology
