Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using barcode scanners and RFID technology
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS systems with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances within 48 hours
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels in real-time
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review and audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in warehousing/logistics
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved) preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Background check and drug screening required
