Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Supervise and train 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean practices to optimize space utilization and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and distribution teams
- Maintain OSHA compliance and conduct regular safety audits
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and expertise in warehouse equipment operation
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance metrics

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
