Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain flow
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift fleet operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and safety training expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- Proven leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA compliance and safety regulation mastery
- Data analysis experience with KPI reporting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
