Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock levels across multiple warehouses
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to ensure product freshness
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly inventory reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on inventory management experience in warehousing or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot table functions
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
