Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse systems
- Operate barcode scanners and WMS software to track stock movements
- Process receiving and shipping documentation with 100% accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management review and compliance
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
