Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Update inventory databases in real-time to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain proper documentation
- Collaborate with purchasing department to optimize stock levels
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
