Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including documentation and carrier communication
- Implement FIFO protocols and optimize storage space utilization
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand patterns
- Train staff on inventory control procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Fishbowl)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Experience with Excel pivot tables and data analysis
