Responsibilities
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory using barcode scanners and ERP systems
- Perform cycle counts and physical audits to ensure data integrity
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
