Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for real-time tracking
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic audits
- Process stock adjustments, receipts, and returns with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with purchasing and shipping teams to optimize inventory flow
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and decision-making
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S warehouse standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in WMS software and RF scanning technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred for site travel
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
