Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic counting and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and movement
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
