Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage real-time inventory tracking using WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Maintain organized digital and physical inventory documentation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour certification a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
