Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Coordinate cycle counts and full physical audits monthly
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with zero errors
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with purchasing teams on stock optimization
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols for perishables
Qualifications
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- RF scanner and barcode system expertise
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's preferred)
- Forklift certification (a plus)
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
