Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse management systems
- Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders for accuracy
- Maintain organized stock records using barcode scanning technology
- Generate inventory reports for management review and forecasting
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to resolve inventory issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficient with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
