Responsibilities
- Execute daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies within ERP systems
- Manage barcode scanning operations to maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate real-time inventory reports for executive decision-making
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control measures
- Support annual physical inventory audits
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in logistics/warehousing
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle inventory modules
- Expertise in barcode scanning technology (Zebra, Honeywell)
- Strong analytical skills with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate warehouse environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
