Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory records in SAP and Oracle systems in real-time.
- Reconcile incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking of goods to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances.
- Prepare and organize documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline stock flow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
