Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock using inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders.
- Organize and label stock locations to optimize warehouse flow and retrieval speed.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve stock discrepancies and restock items promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and inventory control policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
