Responsibilities
- Conduct Accurate Counts: Perform daily physical inventory counts and cycle counts with high precision to ensure stock levels match system records.
- System Management: Maintain and update digital inventory records in our ERP system, ensuring all data is current and error-free.
- Stock Organization: Organize warehouse stock efficiently to facilitate quick picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Verification: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving inventory discrepancies or shortages promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Handling: Utilize barcode scanners, handheld computers, and warehouse management software effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on details and maintain data integrity.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally in a warehouse setting.
