Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts using barcode scanning technology
- Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP/WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for management review
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Familiarity with barcode scanning technology (RFID/Zebra scanners)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
