Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS software
- Process receiving and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team on stock rotation protocols
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Support physical inventory audits quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management experience
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Spanish fluency a plus in Miami market
