- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests
- Conduct physical inventory audits and generate reports
- Collaborate with purchasing and shipping teams
- Implement inventory optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and data entry proficiency
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA certification a plus
