Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)
- Manage documentation: BOLs, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms like Oracle Transportation Management
- Resolve logistics disruptions and communicate delays to stakeholders
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient dock scheduling
- Implement sustainable packaging initiatives to reduce waste
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan Active preferred)
- OSHA Hazmat certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience with NAFTA/USMCA customs procedures
- Ability to lift 25lbs occasionally for warehouse audits
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
