Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of high-value inventory
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff through performance coaching and skill development
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Utilize WMS systems to maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics and supply chain integration
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and extensive safety program management
- Expert proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead teams of 15+ employees in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory optimization
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
