Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review and compliance
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
- Train new staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse or distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies
- Basic math skills and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
