Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to document all inventory movements
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review and compliance
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive items
- Collaborate with procurement to identify stock optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
