Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in SAP and Salesforce systems
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage efficiency
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Audit vendor shipments against purchase orders
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficient in WMS, SAP, or similar inventory software
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree a plus
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
