Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Process and reconcile inbound/outbound shipments with purchase orders
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits monthly
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space utilization
- Update inventory databases with precision and timeliness
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
