Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock receiving, putaway, and shipment documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS platforms
- Conduct audits to ensure FIFO compliance and stock rotation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Implement inventory control improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong data entry and analytical skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
