Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse systems
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software (SAP/WMS experience preferred)
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all stock items
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to update inventory in real-time
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and optimize storage space
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly inventory assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory databases
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid Florida driver's license (if operating warehouse equipment)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
