Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using SAP systems
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and warehouse organization standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends for operational improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification and material handling experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required
