Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for inventory updates
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Audit warehouse storage conditions and safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management experience
- Proficient with MS Office and inventory software (SAP/Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Background check and drug screen required
