Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Maintain accurate digital records of stock levels, locations, and movements
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient receiving, putaway, and shipping processes
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analysis for management
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder points and inventory forecasting
- Train staff on inventory management best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Familiarity with FIFO/LIFO inventory valuation methods
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
